Web Design Process

Once you decide to place an order with us for the design of your web site, this is what happens next.

Sign & Return Your Order Confirmation

We will fax or post you confirmation of your order.  You need to sign and fax or post this back to us, to confirm your order and send us your deposit.

Register Your Domain Name & Activate Hosting

We will register the domain name of your choice and setup your web hosting.  A temporary page will be put on your site so that visitors to your domain will know your site is coming soon.  Your e-mail facilities will also be activated.

Discuss Your Requirements

Our web designer will call you to run through an overview of the requirements for your site.  You will need to e-mail, fax or post us any copy, artwork or other materials.  Once these have been received a more detailed discussion may take place.

First Preview

Within 7 days a first preview of the look & feel of the site will be made available for you to look at in a private area of our site.  This preview may not be fully functional, but will enable you see how your site is progressing and discuss any changes with the designer.

Further Previews

As further changes to your site are made our web designer will contact you and run through the update preview of your site.

Final Site Design Sign Off

Once the site fully meets your satisfaction, you will be faxed a form for you sign off the design as being complete.  You need to return this with the balance payment for your site.

Site Goes Live

Your web site will then be made live.  We will submit your site to the leading search engines and you can view the access statistics to see what traffic is coming to your site.  If you have any support queries we are always here to help you.
