We provide full technical support and advice to our clients through this web site, via e-mail and by telephone.

If you need technical support now, use one of the following methods:

  • Obtain live support using online text chat.

  • Login to your Client Control Panel and choose the Support Request option.

  • Complete our online contact form with details of your request.

  • E-mail us on support@applixa.com.

  • Telephone our support line on 01246 888359 (for callers outside the UK dial +44 1246 888359). Please leave a voice message with your name, telephone number and details of the problem.

What happens when we receive your request?

We have introduced new support procedures to ensure a higher level of customer service.

  • Once we receive your support request you will be given a tracking number so you know your request is being dealt with.

  • We will look into your problem as soon as possible, usually within an hour and give you a full explanation and regular status updates if it takes any length time to resolve.

  • When the problem is resolved you will receive confirmation of this. If you have further issues with this support case you can quote the original tracking number.

  • Registered clients can also login and check the status of their support queries at anytime online. Support staff notes are made available to you through this facility.

Our office hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 BST, Monday to Friday (excluding UK holidays), however we do check urgent support communication as often as possible out of hours.
